Have you ever wondered why the grass is green or the sky blue? Did you find the answer or are you still wondering? How about your happiness?

A message from my Joy Guide, Christopher.

Today’s Lesson: His Holiness The Dalai Lama is quoted as saying “Life’s purpose is to be happy.” Which sounds wonderful. But how? Christopher points to the how in today’s message. Just as you would find the answer to any question your curious about, as it is with happiness. Get curious and find the answers. The first place to look is at children. They have fewer barriers to expressing their joy and happiness that adults. Next look through you life at the things, places and people you return to, over and over again. Even if the answer as to why these things make you happy, there is a reason you keep returning.

Once you’ve discovered a few possibilities, turn within and discover why it is you keep returning. The answer is usually quite simple. Something like, I enjoy it. If that’s the case why not allow you enjoyment be the focus of your life’s work. Would that not make you happy? Why not have a go at it?
